We do not employ junior staff. Quantitative fieldwork is undertaken by fully trained and qualified researchers, managed by our field manager. All questionnaire development and analysis, and all qualitative research, is conducted by senior staff. We do not shy away from presenting difficult

findings. Our conclusions and recommendations are occasionally radical, often provocative, but always thoughtful and actionable.
